THE CRAZY WORLD OF ACCOUNTING

I heard a really funny story the other day. It seems that someone called a
tech support line for help with their computer. They couldn't seem to find
their files and had to keep reentering them day after day. After talking to
the support person it finally was revealed that they were storing their files
in the trash can! HAHAHA!!?!!!!!

Now for something really interesting - NET WORKING CAPITAL This is simply
the difference between current assets- the resources of cash and assets that
can be turned into cash during the current business cyde- and current
liabilities, or accrued expenses, accounts and notes payable. Now because
long-term assets and long-term liabilities usually incur a greater equity of
non-current liabilities than the inflows or outflows of reported net income.
