Kurt writes: Was recorded in the wee hours of the morning of December 9, 1981 at Wave Studio in Vancouver, WA. We then did overdubs and stuff at Thunder Oak, and mixed at Crow, both of Seattle. It was produced by Peter Barnes and was released July 1982 on No Threes / Safety First Records N3-006 with some financial support from our pal Brian Fox. Leslee Swanson, Christy McWilson, and Riki Mafune (collectively known as the Dynette Set) sang lovely backing voc's on In America Whenever I'm Walking. Cover was a collective effort.
