Kurt Writes: Originally released in October 1984 on No Threes records N3-008. Recorded March 21, 1984 at Crow Studio Seattle, and immediately shelved. Ressurected May 30th at ESP Studio and diligently completed. Steve Marcus lent us some $ to put it out with. Thanks again, Steve. Both this record and the Five Favorites E.P. were recorded on 16 tracks. They are all original mixes as they appeared on the records even though Only at Night almost got scuzzed out from being all stuck together on the original master tape. We soaked the 1/4" tape for 2 days in a solution of 2% vitriolic nitric acid and tincture of iodine and dried it vertically at no small expense over the Grand Canyon by helicopter. 'Midnight Confessions' was of course by Lou Josie and a hit by the Grass Roots I believe in the early 1970's. Cover art was a collective effort.
